Can you hold my Date?

After our initial consultation I will hold a wedding date for 5 days without a deposit. To secure your wedding date we must have a signed contract and a $100 deposit.

Is a deposit refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable as it reserves the date and time agreed upon. I will not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for that date and time. For this reason, in the event of a cancelation of the contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by myself in order to offset any loss of business.

What is your payment schedule?

For weddings, I require a $100 non-refundable deposit on the day the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the date if paid by check, and day-of if paid in cash.

For all other sessions, payment is required on the scheduled date of the photo session.

Do you match prices?

No, I do not match prices.

Are you Insured?

Yes, as a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA) I have equipment insurance and Professional Liability coverage.

When do I get to see my photos?

Wedding day photos typically take 4-6 weeks due to the volume of images that must be processed.

Other sessions typically take 1-2 weeks to be processed.

Why do photos take so long?

I work hard to provide you the very best images I can on your wedding day. I combine elements of camera work, lighting and posing in a fun and creative way to give you the very best images. When the wedding day is over, I am still hard at work developing all those images for you. Professionals work a file format called RAW, and RAW images need to be edited, color corrected, and adjusted to bring out the very best in them. That is the work that happens behind the scenes, and some images are reworked further. This is part of my creative process, however, it does take time. It should take time as these images, printed and hung or digitally displayed will serve as your reminders of your wedding day forever.

Can I just have the RAW files?

No. I provide all photos as high resolution, color corrected, exposure adjusted jpeg's.

How are images & prints delivered?

Digital images are delivered as high resolution jpegs on a disk or usb drive.

Printed images are delivered to the address you provide when ordering the prints.
